Refund and Return Policy
At VICTORIA CLARK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund terms below.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, odor, missing packaging, or missing accessories may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email bellatotess@outlook.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bellatotess@outlook.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
