Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory checks, or fraud review.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations where delivery service is available. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • International: 7 to 20 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other events outside our control may affect delivery time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and email us at bellatotess@outlook.com. We will review the situation, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier unless required by law.
